Source & Selection: We begin by choosing the highest-quality Arabica beans from Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil. Each origin contributes something special—Colombian beans add rich sweetness, Guatemalan beans bring bright fruity notes, and Brazilian beans lend a smooth chocolatey depth. All beans are carefully selected from trusted farmers, reflecting our commitment to quality at the origin.
Expert Roasting & Crafting: Every morning, after prayers and a chanted mass, our monks expertly roast the beans in small batches at our Wyoming monastery. With over 15 years of roasting experience (from humble beginnings using a cast-iron skillet), they know how to bring out the best in each bean. In fact, Paradiso took six years of careful blending and roasting trials to perfect.
Peak Freshness Packaging: Once the beans reach their flavor peak, we quickly cool and pack them into our specially designed bags. Each bag is flush-packed and sealed tight to lock in those wonderful aromas and flavors. When you open your Paradiso Coffee, you’ll experience the same fresh-roasted goodness we tasted right out of the roaster.
