But Paradiso is the product of six years of devotion to our craft. We spent this time experimenting with the roasting process and getting the blend just right to yield a delectable morning cup of coffee that can be universally enjoyed. 

Originally, we released this flavor-rich yet mild coffee as a limited edition brew on our 10th anniversary in 2017. Long story short, it was a hit! While we knew this blend was special, we didn’t realize howmuch our customers would love it. So, we decided to add it to the Mystic Monk coffee collection and make it available to coffee drinkers year-round. 

Our Paradiso Blend is specially roasted to bring out all the enticing flavors and aromas of these three Central and South American beans. You get a rich nuttiness and sweet raisin-like tones from the Columbian beans and bright notes and orange zest from the Guatemalan. The Brazilian coffee beans offer a smooth milk-chocolatey finish that satiates your taste buds. 

The great thing about our Paradiso blend is that you can make your favorite cold brew coffee or a hot cup of freshly roasted coffee. No matter your coffee drinking habits, you can enjoy your favorite freshly roasted cup as ground or whole bean coffee.

Here’s what we suggest: Our Paradiso medium roast is delicious black because it’s not overpowering but is also tasty with milk. When you add milk or cream, you’ll notice more of the sweeter flavors, like the raisin, cane sugar, and caramel undertones.

Medium Roast Ground Coffee

You can use almost any home brewing equipment to ground these Paradiso beans. We use a special roll grinder to take whole beans and achieve a universal grind that works well with French press, drip coffee makers, pour-overs, percolators, and moka pots. Our beans will stay fresh until you enjoy them in our vacuum-sealed bags. After opening, it will retain its fresh coffee taste for about two weeks.

Medium Roast Coffee Beans

The Columbian and Guatemalan beans are cinnamon brown, while the Brazilian beans are darker brown. This medium roast has a wonderful nutty aroma with a hint of citrus, which you’ll notice when you open a bag. You can expect your beans to stay fresh for about two weeks after you open the packaging.
