    Lovely morning cup!

    This is a beautiful coffee. Smooth and rich! I do 2 parts Colombian with 1 part Mexican decaf. Perfect! This 80 yr. old needed to cut back on caffeine, but still wants a little kick. with lots of flavor. I stick with medium and light roasts to get flavor without the burned oils. The Monks are pricey, but well worth the $$. I have tried the grocery store beans, and they just fall way short of the mark. Thanks Monks!

    Our Colombian is the ideal medium roast; nutty, with pleasant brightness to wipe the sleep from your eyes.

    Grown high in the mountains of Colombia, these beans are Excelso grade Arabica and have undergone European Preparation prior to export, meaning each bean is hand sorted so only the finest make it into the roast.
