    Brewed as espresso

    Hi all,
    I use an espresso machine daily for both my wife and myself. They are usually lattes and cappuccinos, but, occasionally straight espresso shots. The Columbian is a delightful coffee. I don't think it shines best in espresso, but, it's not offensive either. It creates a balanced shot with some acidity and bitterness, but, nothing out of bounds.

    I have been buying this coffee for several years from you now. I love the coffee it is very good this last order that you said you sent 14 days ago still has not arrived. I tracked the package and it says it is still in transit delayed delivery.

    Our Colombian is the ideal medium roast; nutty, with pleasant brightness to wipe the sleep from your eyes.

    Grown high in the mountains of Colombia, these beans are Excelso grade Arabica and have undergone European Preparation prior to export, meaning each bean is hand sorted so only the finest make it into the roast.
