1. Can I change the coffee or tea selections once I have subscribed?
Yes! You can change, cancel or add items here: Manage Subscription
2. Can I cancel the subscription at any time, or is there a minimum term?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no obligations. To cancel, go to your Manage Subscription page and choose the delete order option (pictured below) You can also cancel by calling us toll free 1-877-751-6377 or by sending an email to email@example.com
3. Do I have to pay shipping on my subscription order?
The shipping for our subscription orders works the same as our regular orders, that is, shipping is free for orders over $45 to the US, but if each shipment is less than $45, our usual shipping rates will apply. To see the estimated shipping cost, you may add the item(s) to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.
4. I want a 12 month subscription. How can I do this?
Our subscriptions are open-ended by default, so we will keep processing the order until you cancel it. If you want a 12 month subscription, you will need to cancel the order after the 12th shipment. You can do this in your account area, by calling us at toll free 1-877-751-6377 or sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. I want to give a gift subscription. How can I do this?
To purchase a subscription as a gift, purchase it as normal, but enter the recipients address for the shipping address. You can enter a gift message when you check out too. Remember our subscriptions are open-ended by default, so you'll need to tell us when you would like us to stop sending it.
