I love a good French press and at first I was a bit skeptical. Honestly though this thing has become my favorite mug! It's so practical, I take it with me everywhere!
I even bought my father in law one.
Here's what you should know.
It's seal tight, I've dropped it in my car and it hasn't leaked a bit.
It's sturdy, this thing can take a beating. It's amazing! The handle it a piece of steel bolted in haha.
I love the monk engraved emblem on it.
Capacity? It's not the largest BUT it's enough for me. It holds 2 cups of coffee after it's pressed. I don't fill it to the brim because it would leak slightly from the plunger site if you did this when pressing down.
You can also easily store enough coffee grounds in the seal tight container on the bottom for another 1-2 refills. Just grab some hot water from work, or a fast food place, or gas station and go.
It is absolutely worth it. The price is very very reasonable especially for the quality.
