I’ve caffeine free for about four years now and I’ve tried a lot of other brands. IMO Decaf Mexican is hands down the best I’ve found
We add 2 scoops of this to our usual Mystic Monk Breakfast Blend caffeinated coffee in the morning, because we drink so much! It takes the edge off and doesn't sacrifice the flavor. We have been ordering Mystic Monk for years and won't go back to brands you can by in the grocery store.
The Decaf Mexican is an all- around great coffee anytime or when you don’t need the caffeine. We love this coffee!!
When I first mentioned this coffee and the different way it is processed, my husband wasn’t sure if it was worth it since he wasn’t worried about the chemical processing. I said I was going to order a bag whether or not it was better healthwise (I still don’t know the answer to that) because I wanted to see if it really did taste more like regular coffee. My body had decided it didn’t like caffeine, but I still preferred the taste of regular coffee better than decaf. This really does taste more like regular coffee and my husband is convinced! He asked me to order the second bag and put it on a subscription!
Decaffeinated using the natural Swiss Water Process, our fair trade Mexican coffee has all of the chocolate and nutty characteristics of a premium Mexican coffee, but without the caffeine.

I bought the whole bean Mystic Monk Blend and a vault storage container to keep my coffee fresh. I love the taste of freshly ground coffee. I foresee myself becoming a long-time customer.
