Cowboy Blend Coffee

Mystic Monk coffee is our prime choice for great coffee. The Cowboy Blend is rich & flavorableb; we love it.

I like a darker roast and drink mine mostly black, while my wife likes a medium roast and has cream and sugar. This blend is nice for us both. I get the beans and do a Puerto Rican grind (my wife is Puerto Rican), which is a fine grind (almost like cinnamon texture) that brings out the strength of whichever coffee we get.
I started my monthly subscription with Mystic Monk with the flavor of the month, ground. I have switched to the coffee of the month and whole bean with an ad hoc additional bag here and there.

One of my favorite things about Mystic Monk coffee is that I am supporting a Catholic agency/business with my daily consumption of coffee. Where I spend my discretionary money is very important to us, and we can "kill two birds with one stone" (idiom) and have a mutual benefit.

The Cowboy Blend just feels western (by name) and is one of my favorites. I will continue to purchase this in addition to trying the other blends and flavors.

Cowboy blend is my go to coffee. Never fails to satisfy. Just plain good coffee.

This has been my go to for years. All the coffee I've gotten from Mystic Monk has been great, but this is my current favorite.

I use a coarse grind and a French press, and it's difficult to drink anything afterwards!
