It is also excellent when made with an espresso machine — but be sure you use our whole-bean option. After grinding our fresh arabica beans that have been dark roasted to perfection, you’ll achieve a concentrated shot with more caffeine while maintaining a balanced body and taste.

A standard-size mug is usually measured as a 12-ounce cup, and the ideal amount of coffee is one to two tablespoons of grounds per serving of six ounces of water.

Therefore, you should use two tablespoons of Super Monk Blend grounds for a strong cup, but if you need a pick-me-up with more caffeine, try three or four tablespoons.
