      Sourced from the Grade 1 carefully sorted beans from the Mandheling region in the Sumatran mountains, this fine unflavored coffee offers a deliciously complex cup, with a velvety, syrupy mouth feel, and flavorful red wine acidity. Hints of ripe blackberry and a caramelized sweetness perdure throughout the smooth finish. This exemplary coffee holds up nicely with cream, but is also delicious enjoyed black.

      The Best EVER

      This coffee is literally on the property of the Monestary where the monks pray and perform sacred rites of the Holy Catholic Church. The coffee reflects the blessings, even if inadvertently. I always feel blessed when I drink the coffee of the monks. My favorite is the Pasha Java. Bliss.

      Coffee of the month subscription

      I have to admit that my personal preferences for coffee are the midnight vigil and mystic monk blend. Having said that, I really like the coffee of the month subscription. Last month's easter sunrise blend was very good and I am enjoying it still. Not every month is as good, but I still enjoy trying them and am pleasantly surprised more often than not. If you like your coffee and are open to a little experimentation than I heartily suggest you try the coffee of the month subscription. I always look forward to trying out a new blend, even if I rely on the tried and true.

      Too strong

      The k pods like the rest of the coffee is too strong for my liking however, I will continue to support you as you work to support yourselves. God speed.

      A little too bitter for me. Used two packs of sweetner. Much prefer the Paradiso Blend.
      Maybe the coffees of the month might be too strong for me.
