Even while I'm waiting for the Papua New Guinea Siane Chimbu coffee to brew, I'm enjoying the aroma. The taste is smooth and enjoyable. I finish it all too soon.

I loved the Coffee of the Month Subscription! It allows me to try different coffees and have a new adventure monthly. I may just find other favorites this way.

This coffee is literally on the property of the Monestary where the monks pray and perform sacred rites of the Holy Catholic Church. The coffee reflects the blessings, even if inadvertently. I always feel blessed when I drink the coffee of the monks. My favorite is the Pasha Java. Bliss.

I have to admit that my personal preferences for coffee are the midnight vigil and mystic monk blend. Having said that, I really like the coffee of the month subscription. Last month's easter sunrise blend was very good and I am enjoying it still. Not every month is as good, but I still enjoy trying them and am pleasantly surprised more often than not. If you like your coffee and are open to a little experimentation than I heartily suggest you try the coffee of the month subscription. I always look forward to trying out a new blend, even if I rely on the tried and true.

My favorite was the peppermint at Christmas time.
