I was intrigued by the honey process. A hint of honey flavor without the sweetness. I wish I bought more.

This coffee is very smooth and it's not acidic -- easy on the tummy, for those of us who like our coffee black. My hubby wants me to get more ASAP, too. It is earthy and very mildly smoky. I really enjoy the aroma when I open the bag of beans and when it is brewing.

This is a nice, smooth roast with a pleasant aroma and earthy after notes that linger on the taste buds. It does seem a bit less caffeinated than other roasts. So I have been enjoying it more as an afternoon coffee treat than as a breakfast boost. Overall, I'm very pleased with this blend and glad I bought two.

This is a very delicious and drinkable coffee.
Great flavor and it really had a wonderful aroma as I ground the beans.
