I had been using a "low acid" dark roast for years, and could never find another brand that didn't bother me. I wanted to support the Monks, so I dove right in, trusted in God, and bought a 5# bag! This coffee is great for low acidity, and I am anxious to try the Vespers decaf next. I mix my coffee for the morning, 60% regular, 40% decaf. So pleased to have found this coffee.
