Monk Press Travel Mug

As a coffee press that you can take on the road while traveling it is Excellent!!! I am a salesman covering four states. Finally after 9 years on the road I can take my Mystic Monk Coffee on the road. The down side or “bad” it’s body is too short to rest properly in my car’s cup holder. Taking pff the handle might solve
the issue, but I haven’t tried it yet. Very happy with the purchase

I couldn't decide whether to get the coffee press by itself or try this mug/press combination. I like it! It makes delicious, exceptional coffee (presses always do), and only 4 minutes to steep. Only slightly longer than a k-cup brewing process, but the flavor is worth it. Very few grounds, if any, end up on the wrong side of the filter, so the seal on the press mechanism is perfect. It keeps the coffee very hot for a long time, too. Obviously you have to remove the old grounds from the cup at some point before you can make more coffee which, on the go, isn't always convenient, but for me, it's not a big deal. Just something to keep in mind if you're thinking about this combo mug/press. There is a hollow bottom - the part that fits into a car's cupholder - that holds extra coffee grounds to make more coffee. Cool.

Very nice mug! Not only is the press feature really nice, I like that the bottom is removable so I can use it as my regular daily mug as well. Nicely built, very solid & cool design to boot.

I got this mug for my husband, he loves it! It’s sturdy, easy to use and makes great coffee. My favorite part is the extra storage container to keep coffee grounds for your next cup!

The cup is solid and I can drink most of the coffee, I didn't really like the downward facing cup design because it traps some of the liquid down at the bottom.
