After experimenting with the roasting process for hours and discovering the best combination of coffee beans for those lovely nutty, chocolate, and caramel tones, we knew we had created the perfect cup. Midnight Vigils was first roasted in 2008 with coffee beans from Central and South America, and since then, it has become one of our most well-loved dark roast coffees.

Midnight Vigils is not for the light-hearted; if you’re a light roast or medium roast lover, it may be time to dive into the dark side with this dark bean coffee blend. While lighter roasts (like medium and light roasts) have lighter bodies and more nuanced flavors, dark roasts will have heavier bodies and stronger, more robust flavors.
