I tend to prefer darker roasts and medium roasts that taste dark such as Ethiopian. The Easter Sunrise has a deep, darkish flavor that is very satisfying.
I'm really picky about my coffee, and I wasn't really expecting how good this coffee is. It's mellow, yet enough to get your day going without curling your hair. DEFINITELY will be ordering this again!
