Lyrical and expressive, the Costa Rica Santa Maria adds an exquisite twist to the traditional breakfast coffee. The pulped natural processing of the coffee bean after harvesting results in a bright citrus and red apple tones quickly defer to multifaceted layers of pear, apricot, and stonefruit.

When enjoyed black, the Costa Rica Santa Maria offers a delicate cacao undertone, that sweetens with a splash of cream added.

I bought a 5lb bag of this coffee, and have been very pleased. This is an extraordinary value. The coffee has interesting depth and nuttiness to it, and has made some great cups in my Hario V3 Switch.
