First of all, I do not have a discriminating pallate. I’m a like/dislike guy. I’ve subscribed to Mystic Monk now for about 9 months. I’ve enjoyed each months single variety immensely, enjoying a brew full of flavor. However, this is the second seasonal blend I’ve received that feels like less than a full bodied taste. I’ve had to adjust the coffee-water ratio for less water to get the taste I would expect. Coffee is still great, but not as consistent as I would hope for.

I've been getting the coffee of the month for a little over a year now and so far every coffee has been excellent! Getting the thanksgiving and Christmas blends is always something to look forward to!
