We love half calf in our house and so what I did was I bought the 5 lb of Ethiopian and the 5 lb of Mexican decaf and I make my own blend at home and it is really delicious and yummy. I don't know all the terms for aroma and all that but it's really good.

This coffee is warm and wonderful. I chose this Ethiopian because I heard it was so much better then Starbucks and it really is! I love the citrus notes and how smooth it tastes plus Iam supporting the monks and not a commercial juggernaut. Hopefully we can help build the Monestery as well!
