Decaf like the best monthly subscriptions

I found the water beans to be less crumbled and it suggests a gentler extraction process. The result is a rich cup with low bitterness and rich flavor at 1 Tbl / 8 oz cup. Really great in the Kureig self-filled cup too. I also indulge in 50/50 mix with Vespers in the AM. MM beans are "divine."

Water Process decaf

Well, any coffee you get from Mystic Monk is going to be good. I like the Water process decaf because, in addition to drinking decaf (per my doctor's wishes) its not chemically decaffinated, which can be a real nightmare. This is just another win for Mystic Monk!
