A religious experience

This mug has taken my coffee consumption to another level! It's very easy to use and seems to make the coffee taste even better. There's more to the mug than I expected. There is the press lid which has a screen in the drink area so no grounds can come through and an extra lid for on the go. Then down in the base, there is room for you to put extra grounds for another cup of coffee! I will be enjoying this for the monks, sorry months, to come.

Very handy

I have used it as a stay home mug as it makes just the right amount of coffee for one serving. Just the right amount of coffee with easy clean up.

Solid

Just bought this model after my old one gave up the ghost after, gosh, I think somewhere around 7-8 years of daily use. The screws holding the handle to the mug corroded and seared off. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a complaint or I wouldn't be buying a new one! I used that thing so much most of the paint had chipped off too - looked like it had been through a war (I guess technically it was, since I took it to Afghanistan and back). I did have to replace the top/filter unit once in its lifespan, but it was easy to find the OEM online and order a replacement. Just a great piece of gear. This new one looks like it will stay pretty for longer since it uses far less paint (previous was all black with the monk logo in negative). Highest recommendation.
