Mexico Oaxaca Mixteca Guadalupe Miramar

This roast is an enjoyable coffee if you do not want a super strong coffee and as a guy that enjoys many flavor profiles this is wonderful. The whole bean is on my list to buy again.

I ordered the whole coffee bean coffee, love the rich flavor and aroma.

I thought I'd try this coffee because I generally LOVE the coffees of the month. I found this one a little light for me. I generally prefer a robust and flavorful medium roast or the earthy richness of a darker blend. By contrast, I'd say that this Mexico Oaxaca Mixteca Guadalupe Miramar blend is for those who like the Breakfast Blend or other such light coffees. I probably won't order it again. But, hey, the monks always roast good coffee, so I'm glad I got the chance to try it out anyway, even if this won't be numbered among my favorites. God bless the monks, and long live coffee!

We just made three pots of this in one day... and we just opened it! This and the Columbia San Agustin are some of your best non flavored coffees! God bless you all in your business and throughout your lives!
