Arabica bean plants, which are now the primary source of coffee beans today, were first discovered from the country of Ethiopia. Many of its regions have a history of being in the coffee production business for centuries.

What makes us proud to stock this coffee is that the coffee farmers and producers all naturally roast the coffee by leaving each coffee cherry outside.

Contained within the cherries are the treasured coffee beans, which become sun-dried. This natural process is what produces the distinct flavor of our medium-roast Ethiopian coffee.

In this case, buying fair trade coffee means you are ensuring coffee farmers, producers, and their workers receive a good price for their product, but certifies that they also provide their employees with quality working conditions and wages.
