Rich and complex, the unflavored Colombian Pink Bourbon is processed using a unique double-fermentation process, where the coffee is fermented and washed twice before drying, rather than the conventional single-washing.
The unique processing results in a delightfully unique flavor profile, with hints of bittersweet chocolate, floral tones, and complex citrus and stonefruit flavors. The coffee ends with the ubiquitous earthy theme common to all great Colombian coffees. One of our smoothest and most distinctive Colombian coffees yet!

I like medium roasts with soft flavor and coffees which aren't too acidic. This coffee fills the bill perfectly. I drink it black and I am glad I bought three bags just in case they run out. Love coffee from the monks!
