Delicate and gentle our medium-roast Burundi coffee offers outstanding depth and complexity with each sip.  The initial toffee and berry tones expand into exquisite chamomile flower and honeydew melon notes. The aftertaste is impressively sweet with dark chocolate and honeysuckle elements throughout.

Great taste

I love all the coffee from MusicID monk. They stand out as gourmet from alll the other brands. I’ve never had a coffee of the month I didn’t like, and Burundi was also very tasty. I’ve been ordering since 2012

Not my favorite

I have never been disappointed in any coffee I’ve ordered from the Monks but sadly I cannot say the same about Burundi. I’ve made it twice now and while it has a pleasing aroma in the bag it made for some surprisingly weak coffee. Perhaps I simply don’t have the palate to appreciate the subtlety of this coffee. There are many other MM roasts that I enjoy so I’ll be sticking to those when I order again. Sorry :(.

We are sorry that the Burundi wasn't quite to your liking. It is a medium-light roast, so not as robust as our other coffees, such as Mystic Monk Blend. We will send out a no-charge bag of another coffee since you didn't like this one.

Didn't care for this. Very weak flavor.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the Burundi so much. It is a lighter coffee, so it's understandable you found it milder than other offerings. We would like to send a replacement of the coffee of your choice to make up for this. Please let us know what you would like, here: https://support.mysticmonkcoffee.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
ANother Great Coffee

So far....this is my favorite. Very smooth. Delicious black

Complex, Satisfying Flavor

I have really enjoyed this coffee. The flavor is complex especially the finish. I find it to be a very smooth coffee that does well black or with just a little cream. I would definitely get this again.
