Midnight Vigils Blend

In all seriousness, it is a delicious roast. Full bodied, deep, not bitter or burned. Has a subtle sweetness or carmel edge. Usually drink it black, unlesss I drink it iced, which is also delicious. When I smell it in morning being brewed in automatic machine, am like Pavlov's dog.

It truly is wonderful coffee with no bitterness--just great layers of flavor! I will be purchasing more. We did run into one issue, the seam on the side of the bag split, so we lost some in the cleanup process. Just thought they might want to know in case that is something they need to look into.

I’m a coffee freak. I can’t function without it.. every morning. I was planning a trip out to Yellowstone and came across this Monastery, The “ Morning Vigils”is rich, smooth, and produces a nice thick head (foam) on each cup. I love my quiet time early morning while having a cup - and think about the dedication and sacrifice that some make each day to produce this coffee .
Give it a try… it’s that good.

This blend is absolutely delicious and perfect. So smooth.

I love this blend! With most coffees I have to add a small splash of cream to help cut the acidity, but Midnight Vigils is perfect taken black. Love the rich flavors and smooth feel.
