This is the best coffee. Period. Doesn't need any cream or sugar, just black for the full flavor. The Colombia Tolima from October is absolutely exquisite. Friends and family all agree the taste is phenomenal! Keep up the good work Monks and God bless!

I liked indonesian better than Colombian which was no different than your normal selection of columbian coffee. I don’t know why but people seem to be programmed like a cult by the coffee industry to think that heavily caffeinated beverages That have flavor have to have a burnt flavor like Starbucks. People say they like it strong. You can make it strong by making it more concentrated and still preserve the flavor of the beans. Contrary to what other industry coffee makers want you to believe, dark and burned flavored coffee has less caffeine than the flowery flavorful light roast. Please don’t ever get rid of your light roasts. The darker roast does not have enough caffeine and tastes terrible because all the flavor has been burned out of them.

This roast is much too light and acidic for me. If you prefer a richer brew I would recommend trying something a bit darker.
