This coffee is so smooth and robust at the same time. I am not one to like my coffee real strong and I sure do not enjoy an after taste or bitter taste. I want a hot drink that is not bitter but with a taste that is pleasant and aromatic. This coffee fills that bill. And to think that I am contributing to God's work on this earth enhances my experience with this coffee. I recall encountering a monk at our church who had come to be with his dying Mother who lived in our area. At the time, I was wrestling with a decision I needed to make concerning our son who suffers from severe autism. I had never been around a human being who had so completely surrendered to God so that the presence of Jesus shone though this man like light in the dark. I asked this man if he would pray for our son. He bowed his head a moment, then looked me directly in the eye and said: "I would be honored to pray for your son, but don't you know that your son will be as un-retarded in heaven as he is retarded here on earth?" I replied that I did not know that, so would he please pray for me and all of the decisions I would be making for our son!! Due to all of the wonderful experiences I have had as I walk this journey with our son, I believe that this man never stopped praying for me and all of the decisions I would have to make concerning our son's life.
