Tastes great, real coffee!

Love the flavor of their coffee. My wife likes decaf and I like Colombian. Bought a 5 lb bag of each and mix it. Such great taste compared to store bought. Will definitely order again when it’s time.

I've been buying Mystic Monk for about a year now. The quality for the price is unbeatable, particularly all of the 5lb. offerings. I love the Cowboy Blend and the Hermit's Blend, but I've tried several others and am never let down. I'm so thankful for this company. Hard to see me straying at this point.

I don't get all these glowing reviews. My wife and I were disappointed (again) and thought the taste subpar and left a distinctively bitter after-taste. Yeah, it could be me, but I'm striking out trying to find an outstanding coffee from Mystic Monk-- who I really wanted to love. Forgive me, Father.....

The coffee was very good. Not bitter like most coffee I have been buying. I decided to buy whole bean and also a Bunn coffee maker.

Very smooth and good flavor. I add half and half and do not need to add a sweetener.

I use the Rancilio Twins, Sylvia with PID and Rocky, that require many, subtle adjustments to properly dial in the making of our morning cappuccinos. But once done, this choice of coffee beans makes for a very flavorful cup on our back patio in the morning, as we enjoy the multitude of flowering and fruiting plants and the recent arrival of a pair of hummingbirds. Thank you for being part of it all.

My husband describes this as "expensive coffee shop" flavored, in the best possible sense! I personally am missing our Cowboy Blend (probably because it stands up to my cream and sugar better-- he's a black coffee guy) but it is indeed an excellent coffee!

Excellent flavor

This is my favorite of all the Mystic Monk coffees. It has a wonderful, rich flavor with a hint of chocolate. I start most days using this bean to make a long espresso (cafe creme) with steamed cream. And then I make a second one!

Despite these beans not turning my husband Catholic, they are absolutely delicious! We are both former baristas and we appreciate the flavor and smoothness of the Colombian roast in the form of an espresso shot. Still praying for a conversion, but if there’s one thing my Protestant husband and I agree on it’s that we enjoy this coffee!

I am very pleased with the coffee. I will be ordering different blends in the months to come.

Solid brew. One of the better Columbian coffees I've had.

I prefer light to medium roasts and the Columbian roast is the prefection between the two. A very smooth flavor, this is one of the favorites.

I really enjoy this coffee. I am not a coffee connoisseur but I love a good cup of coffee and this is it. It is rich and smooth with no bitter aftertaste. Hint of chocolate not overpowering

Just good coffee, no black taste or bitterness.

We have been buying the Colombian coffee from the Monks for years now. The coffee is excellent! We buy the 5 lb bags and this last a while. When we reorder we are usually very low and I find they process my order and ship out incredibly fast! I’m so blessed to be able to support these holy Monks! And I give thanks to our Lord and our Lady for these Carmelite Monks who are sacrificing and doing penance for all of us.

All of my friends and family love it

My wife doesn’t like “milling” about when morning coffee is needed. So her new habit is reaching for the “ground” Colombian from Mystic Monks. Having been raised in the rich coffee regions of Colombia she knows quality grinds, and she has found it with this roast. Mil gracias!

I ground the beans coarsely for a French Press and it made wonderful coffee. Bragged about the coffee to my Friend in Colombia, SA..

Best coffee

I was upset about pre-Christmas order. The Monks made it right. I am a long time customer as well and will remain so.
