Mystic Monk Coffee is roasted by the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming. They roast and blend coffee to raise money to build their monastery in Wyoming.

The Carmelite Monks live a monastic life of prayer in the mountains near Cody, Wyoming. They roast coffee as a form of manual labor as part of their monastic life.
